Something I've been eating everyday for years

The picture might confuse you... but I'm talking about blueberries! Blueberries are my thing. I buy them fresh. I buy them frozen. Mostly organic. Sometimes not. I have them EVERY DAY and have done this for years. Usually I top them on my peanut butter smothered waffles in the morning- no syrup needed! Or I add it to my peanut butter banana smoothie. See recipe below. This underrated combination provide tons of health benefits and is also very satiating. Let me know what you think.

Blueberry - banana - peanut butter smoothie:

half cup almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)

half cup water (you can omit this if you prefer a thicker smoothie)

half to 1 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

large handful of fresh spinach, don't be shy about this - I usually put enough in to make my drink green (hence the picture!)

1 TB peanut butter

Blend all together and drink up :)
